If it wasn’t for Jesse Klaproth, I’m not quite sure where my personal injury case would be after 3 years. He came in like a gift from the heavens. From the moment I met Jesse to the day my case was closed, I felt personally cared for and professionally represented. Jesse handled my medical malpractice case, which required diligence in working with a less than cooperative medical professional. His keen attention to detail uncovered wrongdoing on the part of the doctor and hospital responsible for my damages. In fact, he discovered that the hospital changed my medical records and the doctor covered up a mistake made during my initial surgery. Settled our State Case and WON our Federal Case in Court

The thing that sets Jesse apart from many other lawyers (doctors and other professionals) is that HE LISTENS. While he is very smart, knowledgeable and trustworthy, he doesn’t think he knows everything. Clients and judges respect him for the fact that he is always prepared and has done his research. He helped us settle a very difficult shareholder business dispute case. Then when the other side sued us again (copyright infringement) in Federal court he represented us in the courtroom jury trial, getting the claim against us dismissed and WINNING our counterclaim. Jesse’s a great lawyer!
