SEC Whistleblower Lawyer

If you voluntarily provide the United States Securities & Exchange Commission (“SEC”) with original, timely, and credible evidence of corporate fraud or insider trading, you are entitled to an award of 10 to 30 percent of the money collected by the SEC in response to your tip in excess of $1 million of corporate fraud.

In 2018, the SEC announced its largest whistleblower awards to date — two whistleblowers were awarded nearly $50 million and a third received $33 million. Since 2012, the SEC has awarded more than $262 million to 53 whistleblowers.

You do not have to be a United States citizen or resident to benefit from this program. Many of the highest awards have been given to foreign whistleblowers. So, if you are in the United Kingdom, United Arab Emirates, Europe, Asia or anywhere else in the world and you are aware of insider trading or work for a publicly-traded U.S. Corporation that has engaged in financial fraud or fraudulent accounting practices, you may be entitled to an award if you blow the whistle to the SEC. You can even blow the whistle anonymously as long as you are represented by a lawyer.

Klaproth Law has represented both foreign and domestic SEC whistleblowers.
